Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

McGuane Solutions LLC integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile and job management software. These platforms operate independently and may remove or modify data at their discretion. McGuane Solutions LLC cannot guarantee the visibility or permanence of reviews or other content on third-party platforms.

5. SMS Text Messaging and Mobile Data

This section describes how we handle mobile phone numbers and SMS communications in detail. This information is provided in accordance with carrier requirements for toll-free number verification and applicable telecommunications regulations.

Program Description

McGuane Solutions LLC sends automated SMS text messages on behalf of its business clients to those clients' end customers for the purpose of requesting Google reviews and service experience feedback. All SMS messages are sent to individuals who have provided prior express consent — verbal or written — to receive such communications from the client business.

How Phone Numbers Are Collected

Mobile phone numbers are provided directly to McGuane Solutions LLC by client businesses, who have collected those numbers through their normal business operations — such as at the time of service booking, job completion, or customer intake. Client businesses are solely responsible for obtaining and documenting consent from each individual prior to providing their number to McGuane Solutions LLC for SMS sending purposes.

How Mobile Numbers Are Used

Mobile phone numbers collected through our platform and provided by clients are used exclusively to send review request SMS messages and related follow-up notifications on behalf of the client business. Numbers are not used for any other purpose without separate consent.

Important: Mobile opt-in data and mobile phone numbers collected through McGuane Solutions LLC's platform will not be sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third party for their own marketing or solicitation purposes. Mobile data is used solely to deliver the communications described above on behalf of client businesses.

Consent Requirements

Prior to any SMS being sent to an end customer, the client business must have obtained that individual's prior express consent to receive a text message about their service experience. Consent may be obtained verbally at the point of service or in writing through a booking or intake form. By submitting a customer's phone number to McGuane Solutions LLC, the client represents and warrants that valid consent has been obtained.

Opt-Out

End customers who receive SMS messages through our platform may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving a STOP reply, that number will be immediately flagged to prevent further messages from being sent. A single confirmation message will be sent acknowledging the opt-out. To opt back in, the recipient may reply START at any time.

Help

End customers who receive SMS messages may reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at (513) 560-4220 or [email protected].

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. The rates are determined by the recipient's mobile carrier and the specifics of their mobile plan. McGuane Solutions LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred by a recipient's mobile carrier in connection with SMS messages.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their MVNOs. Carrier support is not guaranteed across all carriers.

Toll-Free Number Usage

McGuane Solutions LLC uses toll-free telephone numbers to deliver SMS messages on behalf of client businesses. Each client business is assigned a dedicated toll-free number that is verified through the applicable carrier toll-free verification process in compliance with CTIA messaging guidelines and applicable federal and state telecommunications regulations. All toll-free numbers used by McGuane Solutions LLC are registered and operated in accordance with carrier requirements for business SMS messaging.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on service interactions. Typically one to two messages are sent per service visit — an initial review request and, if no response is received, one follow-up message after 48 hours. Clients may adjust this cadence through their account settings.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website to maintain platform security, analyze usage patterns, improve platform performance, and personalize user experiences. You can control cookie settings through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect certain features of our platform.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain active accounts, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Customer contact information provided for SMS sending purposes is retained for as long as the client account is active. Data may remain in secure backups or archives for a limited period after account closure. Clients may request permanent deletion of their data by submitting a written request to [email protected].

8. How We Keep Your Information Safe

We implement security safeguards to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest
  • Secure cloud infrastructure
  • Access control systems limiting data access to authorized personnel
  • Authentication safeguards

However, no system can guarantee complete security. We encourage you to use strong passwords and to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

9. Information From Minors

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Updates will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We will notify active clients of any material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our platform.
